How long is the actual time that I'm wrapped and what do I do?

50 Minutes is the actual session time. Do expect to be here about 1 hour total. While you are wrapped you can enjoy watching a Movie or T.V. on your LCD flat screen, listen to XM Satellite Radio or enjoy reading a book. What you choose is up to you, it’s just that easy, and very relaxing.

What parts of my body do you wrap with the FormoStar Infrared pads?

For most woman, the infrared silicone bandages are wrapped around the abdomen, hips, thighs, and arms. Men, the usual wrapped areas would be: chest, abdomen, arms, and thighs. If you feel you do not need a lot of toning on the arms then you can have us wrap your calves instead.

How many sessions before I feel/see results?

The answer will greatly depend on you. Because FomorStar has many other benefits including cellular detoxification you will notice a difference in the way you feel like: increased energy, better sleep and pain reduction just to mention a few, as soon as the first or second session. For inch loss, weight loss, cellulite reduction and/or loss, and stretch mark reduction, the average number of sessions is 8 - 20 depending on your circumstances but some can see as much as a whole dress size in as few as 6 sessions.

Can I do the FormoStar if I am pregnant or have other medical circumstances?

No. You can not use FormoStar if you are pregnant and if you have any serious medical conditions such as: Kidney Disease, Diabetes requiring insulin, Heart Conditions, Fever, Severe General Infection, over activity of the Thyroid, Open Wounds, newly acquired Shingles, cases of Severe Varicose Veins, etc. we recommend that you talk with your Physician about using Infrared heat treatments before you schedule your appointment.

How often do I do FormoStar?

If you are exercising and drinking plenty of water you should schedule your appointments every other day for optimal results. If not then every three days and once you reach your goal you can maintain 2 - times a month.

What if I want to tan on the same day as doing FormoStar?

We do not recommend that you tan immediately before or after your session. You can come in to tan after your body has had time to cool down.

What do I wear when I come in to do FormoStar?

We recommend that you wear a pair of long sweat/cotton pants and a long sleeve cotton shirt. We need to have all areas of the body covered for the silicone pads can not be directly applied on the skin. Because of the amount of sweating you will do, you may want to bring a change of clothes to slip back into before you leave.
